THE GAP AFTER LICENSING

Your license taught you the rules. It didn't teach you how to build a business.

Most new agents are handed a login, a few videos, and a list of people they can call. Then they're expected to figure everything else out.

What should I do every day? How do I find clients? What do I say? What happens when someone finally says yes? That uncertainty burns time and confidence. Mentorship should close that gap.

MORE THAN “CALL ME IF YOU NEED ME”

Personal guidance backed by structure and systems.

You get a mentor who knows your goals and a framework that keeps you moving even when the week gets busy.

01

Weekly direction

Know what to do next

Clear priorities and realistic weekly actions so you stop bouncing between twenty different ideas.

02

Business building

Create repeatable habits

Lead generation, follow-up, database management, scripts, content, and the systems that keep them moving.

03

Transaction support

Handle real deals with confidence

Practical guidance through offers, contracts, negotiations, inspections, appraisal, and closing.

04

Direct access

You are not left alone

When a real question comes up, you have someone who understands the situation and will help you think it through.

HOW THE MENTORSHIP WORKS

What working together actually looks like.

The roadmap shows where we are going. This is how we move through it: clear priorities, practice, help with real situations, and honest review.

Tell me where you feel stuck
01

Set the priorities

We look at where you are, what is getting in the way, and the few actions that matter most right now.

02

Practice before it counts

We work through scripts, appointments, objections, contracts, and client conversations before you face them live.

03

Work through real situations

When an actual client or transaction question comes up, you have guidance that fits the situation in front of you.

04

Review and adjust

We look at what worked, what did not, and what needs to change so you keep building skill and momentum.

A MENTOR WHO IS STILL IN THE BUSINESS

You deserve guidance from someone doing the work.

I've been a full-time Realtor since 2021, but teaching was part of my life long before real estate. I've trained police officers, firearms students, clients, and now agents. My approach is direct, practical, and built around helping people perform when it matters.

I'm not here to make this look easy. I'm here to help you stop feeling lost, build real skill, and create a business you can be proud of.

“I don't want you spending six months wondering what you should be doing. I'll help you build a plan, understand the why behind it, and work through the real situations that come with serving clients.”

THIS PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF...

  • Unwilling to practice, follow up, or be accountable
  • Searching for hype instead of honest guidance

COMMON QUESTIONS

Let's clear up the basics.

Is this only for brand-new agents?

No. It's also for licensed agents who have been in the business but never built consistent structure, conversations, or production.

Is mentorship the same as brokerage sponsorship?

Not exactly. Sponsorship is part of joining Real Broker. Mentorship is the hands-on guidance and development we'll discuss based on your experience, goals, and eligibility.

Do I need to be in San Antonio?

No. Some support can happen virtually. Your state, market, and brokerage requirements will affect what kind of help is appropriate.

What happens after I reach out?

We'll have a real conversation about where you are, what you're trying to build, and whether working together makes sense.

READY FOR A REAL PLAN?

Let's talk about the agent you're trying to become.

No pressure and no generic pitch. Tell me where you are, what feels unclear, and what you want your first year in real estate to look like.
